She is not only creative but also an attentive listener, and made sure that the designs reflected our style, adapting and iterating when something didn't quite work. She constantly brainstormed new ideas and was receptive to feedback, making adjustments to mood boards whenever necessary. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly responsive, always getting back to me promptly, which made communication easy and efficient. This level of accessibility made me feel supported and assured that I was in good hands every step of the way. She also has great awareness and also connections with luxury furniture and decor showrooms, including the Merchandise Mart in Chicago and if there is a store she has not worked with in the past she graciously offered to establish a new relationship in order for her clients to get the discount.
